With their tests approved, second graders are gathering more evidence on the various properties of liquids. Do they create a tornado when you spin them? How fast do they flow? Do they make bubbles; if so, how many? Each of the second graders' tests is helping to shape their thinking that while all liquids take the shape of their container, there are many distinguishing properties that make each liquid unique. |
