We sat in a scientist circle today and student leaders came up to share the physical models their groups created and what they felt it created on land when plates are moving. We had lots of voices talking and it was incredible to see such different things taking place when plates of different densities, moving at different rates, and at different directions interacted with one another. Check out the summary tables we made in all our classes!
From all our investigating and summarizing, we're seeing how the land on the Earth's surface can slowly change in a variety of ways based on how the plates are moving and including what they're made of! Turning back to the Driving Question Board, we're realizing we have lots of leftover questions regarding volcanoes! Next step--figure out about volcanoes!
