We took a week long break to celebrate National Engineers Week and we're back in full swing looking at our water investigations. We're looking at our two-bottle systems to see what has happened to the water inside three different bottles. We're trying to make sense of what is happening to the water, where it goes when it's exposed to heat, and where it ends up when it cools off. Much of this process was happening before our very eyes, yet we couldn't see it. Why is that? What can explain this phenomenon?
